California Construction Authority provides a complete menu of services from the earliest design phase through project completion. Our services and teams are adaptable to meet your needs and budget, while providing the highest level of service in the most efficient manner.

Organizing and coordinating your project from the very beginning, CCA’s expert project management team starts by aligning the right delivery method to a project’s unique challenges and implementation from contract setup, to execution. From the start of the project, we also manage design team selection, project budgeting, design management, and on-going oversight of the planning phase, construction phase, and closeout phase.

CCA is tasked with the administration of the California Code of Regulation: also known as the California Building Standards Code by the Department of General Services (DGS) to represent the California Network of Fairs. All projects are required to have plans reviewed and approved before any construction project begins. Please contact us before commencing construction, major maintenance repairs, or making any alterations, to make certain that the project will conform to current building codes while adhering to the plan review and approval process.

CCA has Certified Building Inspectors on staff to ensure your project meets all state guidelines while under construction. The inspections not only serve to ensure that the project is being constructed to code per the plans and specifications but more importantly the end user and the general public for which it is imperative. The construction process must be thoroughly inspected by inspectors from all involved agencies for a safe and code compliant facility.
